Who we are looking for
A Customer Payments Advisor who will be working in a fast paced and rewarding role, responsible for identifying and resolving payment issues across a wide range of global payment methods.
Our Customer Payments team is a fundamental part of the operation, responsible for the processing of customer payments using bespoke tools.
Utilising your ability to work independently and efficiently, you will oversee a variety of tasks to identify and investigate payment related problems to find a solution.
A supportive training program will provide you with the knowledge to grow as an individual, leading to ample opportunities to progress within the business.
The starting salary for this position is competitive increasing to £26,977 upon successful completion of training.
Candidates must be prepared to work any five days from seven including weekends and evenings. In return, we offer a generous bonus scheme, excellent holiday package and a wide range of other benefits.
This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working policy where you will have the option to work up to three days from home.
