Position Summary
Assists customers through all phases of the sales cycle. Point person to liaise between customer orders and production teams. Key person in coordinating receipt of materials from vendors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Sets up new customer accounts received directly or through outside sales teams
- Receives purchase orders from new and existing customers
- Coordinates with production department to confirm the purchase orders and schedule manufacturing
- Answers telephone and email
- Receives materials from vendors; assists with material purchase order placement
- Assists with customs clearance of goods received from international suppliers
- Receives customer inquiries and/or complaints; helps disposition with Quality Assurance team

Education and/or Experience
High School degree or equivalent education required.
Required knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or the equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal skills; courtesy, professionalism and strong listening skills are required.
Language Skills
- Proficiency in English language (written and spoken)
- Prefer bilingual in Mandarin
