310-DUMP is looking for a highly organized and experienced Customer relationship (SMM Specialist) to join us and will create and maintain a strong online presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase company online visibility and improve our brand awareness. This position requires excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to think creatively and strategically when it comes to content creation and social media campaigns.

Responsibilities for this Role:
· Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including:
- Develop relevant content topics for the clinic’s target customers.
- Create, curate, and manage published content.
- Implement a proactive process for capturing happy, loyal customers.
- Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation. Monitor online reviews and respond to each review within company guidelines.
· Create content for social media channels including blog posts, images, videos, and other multimedia content.
· Analyze the performance of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
· Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on social media channels.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media marketing.
· Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure that social media campaigns are aligned with company goals.
Your Qualifications:
· Minimum 1 year of experience in a writing, communications or social media position.
· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, file-sharing platforms and comfortable working with Facebook and Instagram.
· Strong customer service skills and a professional phone manner.
· In addition to strong time management skills, you have excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to solve problems, and manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
