Customer Service Advisor
Full-time, temp to perm
Luton
Our market leading, independently owned and well-established client are seeking Customer Service Advisors to join their busy team at their site in Luton.
Full training will be given.
Onsite parking available.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm
Salary: £12 per hour
Duties including, but not limited to:
- Answering customer calls
- Dealing with general enquiries
- Complaint handling
The person:
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office programmes such as Word and Excel
- Happy to work within a busy environment
- Works well under pressure
- Team player
