Based at our support centre in Ross-on-Wye, with some hybrid working available
- From £22,500 per annum
- Permanent, 37.5 hours per week
Since 1957, we’ve enriched the lives of millions of young people by delivering inspirational learning through outdoor adventure. We are searching for an incredible Customer Relations Advisor to join our friendly and dedicated team in ROSS-ON-WYE.
THE ROLE
At PGL we are passionate about delivering exceptional experiences to our guests. Our customer relations team play a pivotal role in ensuring every customer feels valued and cared for.
As Customer Relations Advisor, you’ll be responsible for managing feedback and complaints to resolution in a professional, friendly and compassionate manner. You’ll be maintaining customer loyalty, resolving challenges and identifying areas for development across the PGL business to assist with continuous improvements, processes, and performance.
You’ll build strong relationships with our sales, reservations and centre teams and gain in-depth understanding of our centres and enriching adventure camps.
Whether it be complaints or compliments you’ll take ownership of feedback received and embody our values to ensure our customers feel that they are at the heart of what we do.
All these elements make this a varied and interesting role, offering a fantastic challenge for someone who is enthusiastic and enjoys communicating with people. Prior experience in customer service and customer relations or the outdoor sector is desirable but not essential.
