Job description

We are recruiting permanent full time Customer Relations Advisors based out of our Leicester Office at Spinneyside. To set you up for success, during your first eight weeks of working with us we would expect you to be available to come into the office. This will enable us to give you the best start in your new role. Please ensure your commute is manageable and you are able to attend all of the training.

Salary - £24,945 per annum + a quarterly bonus of up to 16% of your salary.

Shift coverage between 8:00am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

You will be delivering outstanding service to our customers and stakeholders so naturally you should and have clear, empathetic, and calm communication skills both written and verbal. You'll manage inbound and outbound contact through a variety of different channels covering digital platforms, phone, email and text. You’ll need to be digitally savvy to maintain secure, accurate customer records across a wide range of internal systems. This role involves the resolution of complaints so we are looking for people with a customer service background in a target driven role with first-time resolution and a can-do attitude.

We will supply all your IT equipment - you’ll just need somewhere to work uninterrupted at home, with a desk, a comfortable chair and a stable, wired internet connection (10mps or greater)
