Are you a dedicated and driven individual, who has a background in Quality?
- Planning, organising, and executing customer Inspections/Audits and Events whilst ensuring all outcomes are acted upon
- Acting as Single Point of Contact towards internal and external customers
- Liaising with other departments within the business to ensure Customer/Client requirements are fulfilled
- Driving, coordinating, and supporting investigations in the course of customer claim management procedures
- Planning, executing, and overseeing inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing product to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables
- Maintaining and further developing customer relations framework within the organisation
- Interpreting, building upon, and complying with SGREs quality assurance standards
- Ensuring compliance with locally implemented processes as well a Corporate and Global
- Documenting quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits
- Developing new standards for operations, with improvements as needed
- Assisting operations in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as Corporate Social Responsibility, environmental and health and safety goals/KPIs
- Monitoring risk-management procedures, and maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management and product development

- The Customer Quality Engineer acts as Single Point of Contact to all customer/clients’ queries, driving, executing, and owning the customer relations framework at COG B OPS HUL business unit.
- Implements the range of professional Production Quality standards and concepts according to defined targets and processes
- Provide support to quality assurance team on Systems, Instructions, Standards, and core processes
- Looking for individual who is flexible, proactive and have the ability to work as an individual coordinator
- Self-starter with a problem-solving skill, who can show the adaptability to prioritise multiple projects and work under pressure
