We are looking for Customer Quality Engineer to join our team based at Hull – Alexandra, United Kingdom.
You will be involved in Implementing the range of professional Production Quality standards and concepts according to defined targets and processes.
This is an opportunity to be part of a growing team within a dynamic business, delivering innovation to the renewable energy and Industry.
Some of your key tasks will include but not be limited to:
  • Planning, organising, and executing customer Inspections/Audits and Events whilst ensuring all outcomes are acted upon
  • Acting as Single Point of Contact towards internal and external customers
  • Liaising with other departments within the business to ensure Customer/Client requirements are fulfilled
  • Driving, coordinating, and supporting investigations in the course of customer claim management procedures
  • Planning, executing, and overseeing inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing product to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables
  • Maintaining and further developing customer relations framework within the organisation
  • Interpreting, building upon, and complying with SGREs quality assurance standards
  • Ensuring compliance with locally implemented processes as well a Corporate and Global
  • Documenting quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits
  • Developing new standards for operations, with improvements as needed
  • Assisting operations in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as Corporate Social Responsibility, environmental and health and safety goals/KPIs
  • Monitoring risk-management procedures, and maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management and product development

  • The Customer Quality Engineer acts as Single Point of Contact to all customer/clients’ queries, driving, executing, and owning the customer relations framework at COG B OPS HUL business unit.
  • Implements the range of professional Production Quality standards and concepts according to defined targets and processes
  • Provide support to quality assurance team on Systems, Instructions, Standards, and core processes
  • Looking for individual who is flexible, proactive and have the ability to work as an individual coordinator
  • Self-starter with a problem-solving skill, who can show the adaptability to prioritise multiple projects and work under pressure
