About this role
EVORA Global is looking for a proactive, organised and tech-savvy candidate for the role of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager.
Our Business Development, Marketing, Software and Consulting teams collaborate to deliver a great experience to clients and prospects across Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our company’s CRM platform and working closely with the teams to streamline our processes to deliver continuous improvement.

EVORA is an independent, pan-European sustainability consultancy specialising in the commercial real estate sector. We also have proprietary sustainability management software, SIERA. Our clients include real estate investment organisations, such as Schroder Real Estate, Aberdeen Standard and Deutsche Bank.

Essential Skills & Requirements
The right candidate must have the following essential skills:
- Solid experience with using and maintaining CRM systems for sales success (e.g. Zoho)
- Proactive problem-solver, with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously and set priorities
- Strong attention to detail; excellent time management and organizational skills
- Process-driven with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level technological literacy, with an acumen for quickly learning new technologies
- Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and individuals
- Ability to prioritise and execute tasks independently as well as working effectively as part of a larger team.
- Commercial mindset and understanding of the sales cycle, optimising client and prospect sales funnels, sales performance metrics and analysis.
- High competency in Microsoft applications; including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
