Location: Wakefield (Hybrid)

If you are someone with a keen eye for detail and have experience with provisioning and budget management, come join our Provisioning team in Wakefield!
You will be responsible for the end-to-end ordering & delivery of data and internet circuits, and managing timely and effective communications between Nasstar, our customers and our suppliers.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Check & validate all order information received ensuring all required details have been provided
- Accurately raise a variety of different orders (data and internet circuits) to multiple suppliers (such as BT Wholesale, BT Openreach, TTB & others)
- Use multiple supplier portals & order forms to place orders according to supplier requirements
- Address any queries raised about the order requirement with customer, supplier, or other internal teams
- Regularly and proactively check supplier updates for accuracy & challenge when insufficient or inadequate, following each supplier's Customer Service Plan to progress and escalate
- Keep the customer updated on order progress and internet supplier updates by phone/email, resolving customer queries as necessary
- Attend and contribute to customer review calls
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar Provisioning role
- Experience in a customer-facing/Customer Service role
- Strong IT literacy, particularly with using Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to liaise with multiple different suppliers and customers in a professional manner
- Ability to manage and prioritise own workload
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience using ServiceNow; desirable
