Job Title: Incident Administrator

About the Trust

The Trust is one of the largest specialist mental health providers in the country, providing inpatient and community-based mental health care for people living in Bolton, the city of Manchester, Salford, Trafford and Wigan, and a wide range of specialist mental health and addiction services across Greater Manchester, the north west of England and beyond.

What you’ll be responsible for:

· Responsible for the data quality checking, approval, monitoring of incidents and the preparation of investigation documentation surrounding incidents.

· Liaise closely with operational staff across the Trust in supporting the reporting and management of Incidents.

· Responsible for maintaining systems and processes to ensure that GMMH respond to incidents and investigations in a timely manner across the GMMH footprint.

You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust:

1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS

2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times

3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

You’ll have the following skills/experience:

· Excellent communication skills- both verbal and written

· Microsoft office skills- Outlook, Word, and Excel

· Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

· Previous NHS experience

· Previous admin experience

· Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced office environment
