Salvo is in search of a Customer Marketing Manager, who will assess our current B2B CRM and marketing activity and devise innovative strategies for both short- and long-term objectives. The successful candidate will be able to analyse customer data and understand purchasing habits, working collaboratively with senior management, brand directors, and agencies to identify opportunities to optimise growth in web sales, brand loyalty and customer retention.
We need individuals who are curious, passionate, and proactive about food innovation and driving change (cooking is a welcome bonus).
This is a full-time role – 40hours per week Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:30 based in our head office in Herne Hill, SE24 0HG.
Salary: £50,000 - 60,000 per annum
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
· Own technical marketing channels for CRM including email, SMS & mobile engagement tools from beginning to end (planning, execution, analysis and optimisation)
· Set up B2B CRM journey in collaboration with our brand marketing, systems, procurement and commercial teams, from journey definition to technical needs
· Responsible for the setup, monitoring and maintenance of the CRM platform’s functionality.
· Educate the commercial team on CRM activity and leveraging them, where required, to support with offline marketing.
· Performance management of digital marketing campaigns per product category, guiding and taking guidance from the procurement and commercial teams.
· Collaborate with senior management to identify the key opportunities and ensuring all touch points are covered within the marketing funnel.
· Source new technology and ensure a streamlined technical setup across the different platforms (back-end, front-end, CRM etc.) to ensure scalability.
· Analyse and optimise cross-channel campaigns working with our supply partners with a focus on product activation and customer retention to maximise lifetime value.
· Conduct A/B and multivariate testing of all CRM and web campaigns.
· Take responsibility for the analysis, ideation, implementation and delivery of trend and market led campaigns.
· Work alongside the brand director and agencies, to ensure social channels and brand marketing campaigns support ongoing CRM Campaigns.
· Use data to provide commercial and purchasing recommendations to support commercial goals.
· Build brand loyalty and retention.
· Plan, develop and implement strategies that contribute to increased ROS.
· Analyse customer data to identify opportunities and determine if the offline intervention is required by the sales team to either win back business or to grow web accounts.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
· 3 to 5 Years in a CRM Marketing, position.
· Commercially astute with a proven record of leveraging customer marketing campaigns to generate account growth.
