Customer Liaison Officer | Slough | £28,000 pro rata + Small company Van, fuel card| Social Housing
- One of UK’s leading Property Maintenance companies are currently looking to recruit a Customer Liaison Officer to work at one of their Social Housing contracts based in Slough. The key liaison/contact between residents, contractors, and the client whilst Major works are taking place. Processing and providing information to all parties involved in order to progress work until completion and obtaining customer satisfaction surveys.
- The role will be working mobile across the Slough area visiting homes within the council. This role comes with a small company van and fuel card.
ACCOUNTABILITIES (Main tasks / responsibilities).
- The key point of contact with customers whilst major works are being carried out externally or inside of their home.
- Ensure the correct letters are sent to pre-inform customers of works taking place with sufficient planning time.
- Carry out pre-site questionnaires necessary with customers along with colour choice if necessary for fixtures and fittings.
- Arranging pre-site meetings on site for resident consultation.
- Identify and deal with any special need’s arrangements for language problems, elderly, disabled customers in consultation with any residents’ associations or partnering staff.
- Ensure customers are provided with the appropriate information such as the customer pack and their chosen colour choices etc…
- Ensure customers are kept up to date at all times of appointment times, delays etc.
- Day-to-day customer relationship ensuring they are happy with the works being carried out and are updated and safe at all times.
- Work closely with the Site Manager understanding what roles they carry out and ensure any operational feedback from the customer is passed on asap so that they can deal with the issue/query straight away.
- Carry out satisfaction surveys at the end of the works
- Ensure that the program of works is delivered efficiently, effectively and with minimum disruption to the resident.
- Maintain any required spreadsheets.
- Ensure IT systems are fully updated at all times after site visits etc.
Qualifications/key experience
- Excellent IT Skills, Microsoft office (essential)
- Good communication – interpersonal confidence at all levels
- Customer/Client facing experience
