Communications is at the centre of the council, so you'll be joining a team that’s playing a major part in helping shape the direction and vision of the organisation’s post-pandemic culture change.
You'll already have wide-ranging experience of developing and implementing high quality corporate comms campaigns and be confident and capable of working with and influencing senior staff, including our chief executive.
Our very supportive and friendly team has a fantastic mix of skills, experience and talents and covers internal and external comms, campaigns, social media, design, website and publications.
You'll need drive, energy, focus, confidence and resilience to succeed, as well as excellent writing skills, creativity and strategic thinking.
Roles in our comms team don't come up very often, so if you think you've got what it takes, are a great team player and fancy working in our amazing city beside the sea, we'd love you to apply.
