The difference you’ll make.
- Understanding of the customer and knowledge of what motivates and drives customer behaviour to support customer centric decision making
- Responding to escalated internal and/or external enquiries, working with stakeholders to deliver an appropriate solution.
- Acting as an individual contributor, using knowledge of a specialist area within Santander to generate appropriate customer centric solutions for the business
- Preparing Management Information (MI) reports with relevant data
- Working with colleagues within the squad to provide insight which identifies, scopes and evaluates a best in class 121 customer engagement strategy
What you’ll bring.
- Ability to develop high quality analysis that has resulted in customer centric decisions that achieve business objectives.
- Experience using BI Tools e.g. SAS, Power BI, Hue, Adobe Analytics, and / or programming languages e.g. SQL, Spark, Python, Impala, Base SAS etc.
It would also be nice for you to have.
- Understanding of the customer and knowledge of what motivates and drives customer behaviour to support customer centric decision making.
- Commercial and customer experience knowledge across Products, Channels & Segments
- Experience of MS Office Suite including Excel & PowerPoint
- A curious mindset with the ability to appropriately question.
What else you need to know.
Interviews will be conducted via MS Teams or face to face in our Milton Keynes office.
Currently there is an expectation to work from the office 2 days per week as per the banks direction.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract
