We are looking for a highly driven and entrepreneurial Customer Insights Manager to drive the growth of Amazon Shipping in Europe. The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical and hands-on problem solver with a proven track record of driving actionable insights from both current customers and our target audience.
The Customer Insights Manager will be responsible for generating insights that will help our team better understand and deliver value to our customers. The role requires a deep understanding of conducting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative research with a passion for diving deeply into large, ambiguous datasets. The Customer Insights Manager will also need to be familiar with the latest research design techniques, and be able to translate research data into action-driving recommendations.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage all phases of qualitative and quantitative research projects from problem definition to delivery of research assets and reporting of findings.
- Execute, analyze and present insights for monthly customer satisfaction and VoC activities
- Conduct secondary research to gather data.
- Conducts analysis of data from interviews, focus groups, questionnaires, or other qualitative or quantitative research to build compelling insights.
- Investigate and propose new methodologies and processes to improve and scale our data analysis function.
- Author reports appropriate to the audience level, including up to director, makes recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
- Build relationships with a broad set of cross-functional Amazon business partners to understand their challenges and priorities, inputs into a market research roadmap, and drive actions through insight delivery.
- Experience in a start-up/high-growth environment
- Experience in B2B Market Research efforts for Technology or Ecommerce organizations.
- Not afraid to try new things – driven to constantly improve results
- Ability to operate in a self-service environment
- Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail
- Intermediate / Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables
- Experience using software packages designed for Market Research analysis, eg, SPSS, Decipher or equivalents.
