The majority of places will be based at our central London office : EC3A 7AG
- We may also have some regionally based places available i.e. in Manchester and Birmingham.

- NB you will need to be living within daily commuting distance of central Manchester or Birmingham for the duration of the placement if those are your preferred locations.

- Supported and mentored by experts from across the business, you will work in the dynamic world of insurance, where your days could consist of anything from helping key political figures protect their reputations and their livelihoods, to working with boutique galleries to safeguard their Rembrandt collections.
- You’ll participate in training sessions to grow your knowledge, build relationships with Lockton experts, clients and markets and deliver real value through client-focused projects.

Qualification
- Second, third and final year university undergraduates and 2023 Masters degree graduates
- A minimum of grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths and three A-levels/five Highers (or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build productive working relationships
- A desire to provide a best-in-class delivery of projects
- A positive, proactive, can-do attitude, even when under pressure
- Able to work collaboratively with colleagues
- Organised and proactive, able to plan own workload
- Quality-driven with great attention to detail
- A willingness to assist team members when needed
