Job description
The Customer Insights Analyst/Executive is primarily responsible for analysing customer data to deliver actionable insights Superdry can use to improve acquisition and retention of customers. You will also work closely with various teams to ensure integrations are mapped and data is transmitted accurately between systems.
Main Responsibilities- Interrogate large volumes of customer and transactional data to understand customer behaviour and present back.
- Ensure data is clean, compliant, and up to date, maintaining integrations and data transfers to ensure accuracy.
- Generate dashboards to be used by multiple stakeholders to further the understanding of the Superdry Customer.
- Analyse customer behaviours and model segmentations that can be utilised across multiple marketing channels including email, social, and paid ads.
- Utilise first- and third-party insights to report on consumer confidence, and industry trends.
- Generate customer surveys to analyse customer motivations and brand perception.
- Split test audiences to optimise marketing campaigns.
- Work across multiple departments to ensure customer data requirements are captured and addressed.
- Manage external agency relationships to ensure business objectives are aligned.
- Someone who thrives on wanting to know why customers act and feel the way they do.
- Comfortable in dealing with data, possess strong analytical skills and able to translate data and information into insight.
- Someone who understands how data is transferred securely between databases and can explain requirements for achieving this clearly and concisely to a developer.
- Someone with a sound understanding of qualitative and/or quantitative research and insight methodologies.
- An excellent communicator, verbal and written and comfortable presenting.
- Highly numerate with critical thinking and independent reasoning skills.
- Flexile, embrace change with an appetite for continuous professional development.
- Able to quickly identify issues, focusing on solutions and generating alternatives.
