We are looking for a skilled customer guide to join our team in our Aberystwyth store. As a customer guide, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and advice to our customers regarding their needs. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with our customers to ensure they have a positive experience with our company.

Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to our customers
Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure a positive experience with our company
Advise customers on mobile phone products and services
Meet and exceed sales targets
Stay up-to-date on mobile phone products and services
Provide technical support and advice to customers
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of mobile phone products and services would be an advantage but not essential
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Salary:
The salary for this position is £26,000 OTE based on a 40-hour workweek. We offer competitive benefits, including discount for friends and family and opportunities for advancement within the company.
