Job description
We are seeking a new Team Manager for our Digital Team within our Hampshire Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS).
We are seeking an innovative and forward-thinking Team Manager who ideally has experience of upscaling and rolling out digital interventions. Our team is a unique, it is differently modelled including Assistant Psychologists, Clinical Psychologist, Nurses, Mental Health Practitioners and Cognitive Behaviour Therapists. The team are currently working on supporting young people on our waiting list where they are awaiting a Neuro Developmental assessment and/or requiring CBT therapy for low mood and anxiety. They offer a blended approach to therapeutic intervention, using a combination of virtual and face to face sessions and the platform Mind District to support the therapeutic work. The team supports young people across the county so the ability in interacting and working across teams is essential.
We are keen to develop more digital content for Mind District and are interested in a manager who has experience supporting services to adopt new ways of working and roll this out to clinicians across the county. We are looking for a someone who is creative, innovative, a keen problem solver and who has experience of working with digital partners.
