Job description
About Dartmouth
We celebrated our 10th birthday last year. Over the past decade, Dartmouth has grown from a team of 10 to 180. We’ve been PE-backed, expanded globally across Europe and the US, and achieved at least 30% revenue growth every year. We’ve recently been ranked as the fastest-growing company in our sector in the UK by both the Sunday Times and FT.
We're not a typical recruitment business. Our passion is to identify brilliant talent, for brilliant organisations and we do this, by placing people at the heart of everything we do.
About the role

The team prides itself on thought leadership and ongoing industry research to continue evolving our approach and solutions.
We're experts across multiple industries from asset management, hedge funds, investment banks, and private equity as well as supporting start-ups and corporates. Our team spans London and New York, and is the biggest independent team at Dartmouth too.
Our 'classroom to boardroom' business model is in full effect in the Early Careers team. We embed ourselves in schools and universities, nurturing relationships from the very beginning of our candidates' career journey.
