An opportunity has arisen to join the Frontier team, based at Witham St Hughs.

We are looking for a Customer Finance Assistant to join us on a permanent full-time basis. Flexible working is available, with a minimum of 3 days to be worked in the office each week.

The successful candidate will be providing a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers.

Ideal candidate

The role – Key responsibilities

  • Efficient resolution of internal and external customer finance queries
  • Effective liaison with Internal and External customers to ensure customer finance delivers excellent service
  • Working with the Customer Finance Manager evaluate the need for, and execution of training requirements for, finance options within the customer finance team
  • Assist the Customer Finance Manager in the preparation and delivery of finance option promotion in Commercial team meetings
  • Work with third party providers to develop full finance product knowledge, review usage and understand restrictions
  • Develop processes to incorporate feedback from customers and ensure we are providing the best possible service
  • Attend off site meetings and events to promote financing options to internal and external customers and collate feedback
  • Ensure payment from third party finance providers is on time and ensuring any queries are resolved
  • Create and maintain Customer Finance procedures relating to the usage and maintenance of payment products
  • Assisting the wider Customer Finance departments with administration and ad hoc tasks
