We have the opportunity for Part-Time staff to join our Customer Experience Team at our Head Office in Livingston on a permenant basis. The schuh customer experience department is a fast paced environment where the customer always comes first. We believe every customer should leave us thinking WOW!

The Person:

The Role:
- Customers can contact us if they want to buy something or if they have a problem. In either case we treat every customer with a sense of fairness and individuality.
You will be expected to:
The position will require Thursday/Friday evening and weekend working. This position will be based in the office therefore candidates must be able to travel to our Livingston Head Office.
- Deal efficiently and professionally with customers via phone and email.
- Effectively engage with customers via our video and text chat services.
- Deal with service related queries through various social media platforms.
- Help our high street stores with any problems or queries.
The position will require Thursday/Friday evening and weekend working. This position will be based in the office therefore candidates must be able to travel to our Livingston Head Office.

About the location
Neilson Square is the home of our original warehouse and distribution centre, as well as many head office functions. Situated in Livingston, our site is in-between Edinburgh and Glasgow and very easily reached by car and public transport.
