Purpose of the role
A customer facing role focused on providing support to our customers via several different channels. Reporting into the Customer Experience Team Leader, this position will support our customers over the phone and via email, as well as on social media and web chat.
Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer support via phone, email, social media and web chat.
- Facilitating order placement with customers by phone.
- Providing product and care information to customers.
- Processing of online gift card orders.

Acting as a voice of the customer, providing feedback to senior Op/team leader.
Essential
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to customer contact and demand
- Team player and excellent communicator a must!
- Comfortable working under pressure at busy times including peak etc.
