Zest4Talent are looking for a creative and dynamic account manager to cover the Birmingham and West Midlands region for a corporate client with an enviable market leading SaaS brand. Your role will encompass a mixture of face-to-face meetings (approx. 3 days per week) and 2 days remote WFH or office based at your discretion. Your energy, positive approach and your desire to be the best you can fit in with the professional and customer centric ethos of the sales team and the company culture. You will be the face of the company and your customers will trust you implicitly. Your agile approach will overcome challenges and you will strive to be a problem solver and a genuine partner to your customers. You will also have experience presenting data analysis, business performance and market analysis using MS PowerPoint.
The successful candidate for the Account Manager role will be able to demonstrate:
- Proven sales success in a B2B environment ideally in Saas but not essential
- The ability to prepare data and market analysis and present to your client professionally
- The drive to achieve personal objectives and meet and exceed company targets
- A hunger for personal growth and development
- Honesty and integrity
- A passion for reliable account management and consistency in service and relationship management
- Open and honest dialogue with management to ensure best practise and improve service delivery
- A strategic sales approach to manage your area and maximise opportunities to introduce new products to your existing portfolio as well as market awareness to capture new clients as they come into the market
