Customer Sales Advisors – SKY Mobile
Location: Hybrid - Pride Park Derby office
**Applicants must live in Derby or be able to comfortably commute**
Permanent, Full time
37.5 Hours a week between 10am and 8pm Monday to Sunday (5 Week Rolling ROTA)
Salary: £21,673.60 per year (£11.11 per hour) + opportunity to earn

The Details:
We are looking for advisors to come and join us on our successful outbound sales campaign here in Derby!
This is a challenging but rewarding outbound role, working within Sky’s mobile team.
You will be contacting existing Sky customers to discuss new mobile products and services that we have on offer. Whether the focus be mobile, sims or tablets you can be expected to have some great uplifting conversations with our customers!
Your day will start with a morning brief with your team. Here you’ll discuss the focus of the day and hear of any updates and changes to offers and promotions. From here you’ll go live; outbound dialling existing customers; what you have to offer may double their viewing enjoyment!
You’ll be upselling the following:
- Sky Mobile Devices (New Contracts or SWAP12/24)
- Sky SIM Only
- Sky Tablets and Ipads
- Sky Accessories
Regular training and support will be available however team work really does make the dream work! You will work alongside a great team of advisors, like yourself, who you’ll be able to share best practice with.

The Requirements to Apply:
- Previous experience in sales – whether that’s face to face or contact centre based.
- Target driven, with proven track record of achieving results
- The ability to stay self-motivated in a competitive environment
- A passion for people and providing them with the best products & service
- The ability to read your customer and really understand their needs
- Be tenacious, adaptable and resilient
- The ability to turn a negative into a positive
