Sales Consultant Dan Jewellers
Location: London, UK Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per year
Dan Jewellers is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our fast-paced wholesale jewellery business in London. In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for acquiring new wholesale accounts, managing existing relationships, and driving revenue growth through exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to prospect, contact, and build relationships with potential new wholesale accounts
- Manage portfolio of existing wholesale customers through in-person meetings, calls, emails, and ongoing communication
- Advise clients on new collections, trends, and products relevant to their customer base
- Provide excellent customer service and expertise to wholesale clients
- Process wholesale orders, provide shipping and fulfilment support as needed
- Attend industry trade shows and events to network and generate new business
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Report on sales activities, challenges, and opportunities to sales management
- Stay up-to-date on jewellery trends, new products, and changes within the industry
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Consultant, Key Account Manager, or similar role
- Knowledge of the jewellery and wholesale industry
- Ability to build rapport, identify needs, and provide solutions for wholesale buyers
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organised with attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Confident using CRM platforms and MS Office
- Willingness to travel to visit clients, trade shows, and events
- Motivated self-starter with strong work ethic
