Customer Engagement Support Officer (National)
Salary: from £27,500 - £30,000 (plus car allowance) depending on experience
Location: You can be based anywhere within England to apply for this role! You will be home based travelling regionally.
We are looking for a Customer Engagement Support Officer to build, maintain and develop relationships predominantly with our Healthcare partners.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working collaboratively within the Business Development Team managing assigned existing accounts to maximise all sales, cross-selling and up-selling including commercial opportunities.
- Working collaboratively within the Business Development Team to build and maintain strong relationships with our partners particularly with managers and key stakeholders at a regional level.
- Ensure all employer activity and processes are followed for all accounts.
- You will liaise with internal managers and key stakeholders to support the achievements of students, ensuring students are fully supported in a timely manner and that any student risks / exits are kept to a minimum.
- You will be delivering engagement sessions at our client sites to promote and increase the awareness of the benefits of Apprenticeships, whilst also promoting Qube’s Apprenticeships at career events and on social media.
- Deliver presentations to meet the company’s quality standard; tailoring as required for the target audience, promoting Apprenticeship benefits to employer partners and prospective learners by delivering engaging sessions to an agreed brief.
- Attend career events to engage young people and showcase Apprenticeship opportunities and utilised where appropriate e.g Qube Talent/Apprentice Recruitment
- Communicate in line with processes and procedures to Compliance, Operations and financial departments the customer offers that have been agreed.
About you:
- Ideally you will have experience of apprenticeships and / or delivery (however this is not essential).
- You will be an excellent communicator, with strong presentation skills.
- You must be able to build and nurture strong relationships both internally and externally.
- As Customer Engagement Support Officer, you will be responsible for supporting clients throughout your region so you must be prepared to travel as required (occasional National travel).
- Have a full drivers licence and access to car.
- Be able to deliver exceptional customer service
