Sales Enablement Manager

What you’ll do:
Lead a productivity assessment of the Sales team to identify strengths and areas of opportunity. Develop an enablement plan including initiatives to fill any readiness gaps and coordinate with Sales leadership and functional partners to drive initiatives forward
Build and package content into programs and deliver via communication channels that compliment sales daily workflows (i.e., Salesforce, Seismic, training, videos, etc.); in conjunction with Sales Directors, act as a gate for all sales communication from functional teams to focus on strategic priorities
Manage and continually optimize CMS tools to drive global scale and automate enablement channels via technology
Establish metrics of success of programs and work with Analytics and Product to build dashboards to measure performance
Ensure new products and services are ready to take to market by verifying commercial readiness and market suitability by working with business owners, sales and partners to gather feedback and support pilot phases ahead of full market rollout
Optimize Sales on boarding strategy and execution; ensure on boarding complements the broader learning strategy
Using existing channels establish the best way to feedback partner insights/feedback from our Sales Enablement tools into the rest of the organization to action
Own ad hoc projects related to change management with the global sales organization
Establish relationships and stay connected with similar functions across Expedia Group to find opportunities to standardize methodologies and insights
You will identify gaps in terms of market readiness or sales knowledge and work closely with teams such as Strategy, Product, Finance, Analytics, and Operations
You will be responsible for growing sales productivity and knowledge and validating market readiness as we take new products and services to market
Partner with our Sales and functional teams to drive the commercial success of our go-to-market strategy
Who you are:
Several years experience in a Sales and/or Sales Enablement role
Strategic thinker with experience taking conceptual vision to structured plans to execution
Ability to break down problems in a simple way
High energy and results-focused
Robust communication skills with the ability to present information appropriately to a diverse range of audiences
Strong internal partner management skills and ability to encourage and motivate others
Great teammate able to work in a dynamic global environment
Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
Bachelor’s or Master's in a related field; or equivalent related professional experience
A strong background in sales, preferably in a B2B environment, with in-depth knowledge of how to optimize productivity and train the sales team to deliver results
Working as a link between Sales and many supporting functions ensuring we are aligned with our strategy and those of our partner’s needs

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $104,000.00 to $145,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $166,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
