WE'RE HIRING! We're looking for a Customer Detail Telephone Agent to work for IncomeMax, based in our ROMFORD OFFICE.

The role
We’re looking for a Customer Detail Telephone Agent who is a great communicator with a big heart!
The role involves making telephone calls to customers, asking them questions and inputting their details and circumstances on to our personalised online database.
Telephone skills are really important - you'll need to be friendly, caring and patient.
Our best Customer Detail Telephone Agents are hard working, super efficient and have the most amazing attention to detail. They know how to get the information they need from customers quickly without rushing them, and can get through lots of cases productively. If this sounds like you - we want to hear from you!
What you’ll do here:
- You’ll join an amazing team who care deeply about making a positive difference to customers’ lives
- Attend training to understand the processes, systems, and scripts to master your job.
- Speak to customers on a daily basis to earn their trust, understand their personal circumstances and financial situation.
- Manage cases - capturing customer details and inputting them on to our specialised online database.

- You take pride in managing your workload effectively to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage caseloads.
This is an office-based position.
Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm (35 hours per week) based in Romford
