Our exciting opportunity
This role is key to support the customer connection function. The role will take the lead on booking customer installations and liaising with our build partners.
- Using data to identify customer connections within FTTP village projects.
- Contact customers by phone and email to schedule installation of fibre to the premises
- Schedule installations with County Broadbands engineers and build partners.
- Create workflow jobs using the County Broadband task management system
- Maintain accurate records of scheduled work
- Maintain accurate records of contact with customers
- Identify aborted jobs and reschedule work
- Providing any necessary data or reports to the Customer Connection Supervisors and Manager
- Other such reasonable duties within the general scope of the job title, at the Customer Connections Managers direction
Your skills and experience
- Experience in a customer service/call handler role.
- Proven experience in and administrative role
- Computer literate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
