This is an opportunity for a Collections Case officer career with Creditfix and Carrington Dean – the UK’s largest personal insolvency firm.

The Payment & Arrears Department is responsible for the management of all Arrears clients, securing outstanding payments, and minimising failed arrangements.

What's involved?
- Managing both Inbound and Outbound calls to a variety of clients.
- Ensuring all clients details are accurate including payment date and payment method.
- Ensuring all relative solutions are explored with clients
- Update clients case with clear and concise information
- Update all cases accurately and in line with business processes
- Taking ownership of self-learning and development
- Report daily on your own performance versus KPIs
- Play a major part in department meeting agreed SLAs
Skills Required?
- Strong objection-handling skills
- Good ability to negotiate
- Ability to adapt to a wide range of customers
- Able to listen and communicate with vulnerable customers whilst reaching a positive resolution.
- Self-motivated and can use own initiative
- Good problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Experienced in a call centre environment is desirable.
- A can-do attitude and a drive to succeed
