This is an opportunity for a Collections Case officer career with Creditfix and Carrington Dean – the UK’s largest personal insolvency firm.

The Payment & Arrears Department is responsible for the management of all Arrears clients, securing outstanding payments, and minimising failed arrangements.

What's involved?

  • Managing both Inbound and Outbound calls to a variety of clients.
  • Ensuring all clients details are accurate including payment date and payment method.
  • Ensuring all relative solutions are explored with clients
  • Update clients case with clear and concise information
  • Update all cases accurately and in line with business processes
  • Taking ownership of self-learning and development
  • Report daily on your own performance versus KPIs
  • Play a major part in department meeting agreed SLAs

Skills Required?

  • Strong objection-handling skills
  • Good ability to negotiate
  • Ability to adapt to a wide range of customers
  • Able to listen and communicate with vulnerable customers whilst reaching a positive resolution.
  • Self-motivated and can use own initiative
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • Experienced in a call centre environment is desirable.
  • A can-do attitude and a drive to succeed
