In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centres (Delivery Centres), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centres offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your Role and Responsibilities
A Salesforce Support Analyst is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to users of the Salesforce platform. Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to and resolving user support requests in a timely manner
- Configuring and maintaining Salesforce systems and user profiles
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g. development, architecture, and business)
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in Salesforce
- Staying up-to-date with Salesforce releases and best practices
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the Salesforce platform
- Communicating technical solutions and status updates to stakeholders.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Salesforce customisation and configuration
- knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce development tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and data modelling
- Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
