Customer Care Centre Agent
Earful is an independent hearing care provider with an innovative vision to educate and help ears of all ages, in a world full of noise. We are proud to provide high-quality hearing care services to our patients, and are entering an exciting phase of business growth.
We are currently seeking a conscientious and like-minded individual to join our team as a Customer Care Centre Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients both at our clinics and in their homes. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our patients have the support they need to manage their hearing health.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and emails from patients and ensure that their queries are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
- Schedule appointments for patients and ensure that they receive the necessary information about their appointments
- Provide administrative support to our clinicians and ensure that patient records are accurate and up-to-date
- Reply to enquiries through Social Media, E-mail and inbound calls.
- Work collaboratively with the rest of the Earful team to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary: £20,500.00 per year

- Bolton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (required)
Experience:
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
