Customer Care Team
The team deals with all quote and order requests received. The primary focus of the team is to deliver exceptional customer service - ensuring that enquiries are responded to and orders are delivered accurately and timely. Part of the role also involves creating high levels of customer satisfaction, increasing customer loyalty and building strong relationships in line with the company’s commercial and business development plan.
At Grampian Fasteners we offer a huge range of products. In order to provide the service that customers expect, you will learn about our product range. A motivation for self-learning is essential. Some existing technical or product knowledge would be beneficial but is not essential.
Required Skills
An excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills are required.

The role requires team work, time management and attention to detail.
