West Road Medical Centre is a busy vibrant practice based in the west end of Newcastle. We have a gap in our nursing team for an enthusiastic team player who wants to develop their skills and improve the health of our local community.
We have a variety of staff at the practice including GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, Pharmacy Technician, Health and Wellbeing Coordinator, Social Prescribing Link Workers to name a few. We work together to provide holistic care to our patients.
We have been rated ‘outstanding’ by CQC and we work hard to ensure we offer career development and a positive work life balance.
In return we are looking for a Healthcare Assistant who is enthusiastic, wants to be part of our multi-disciplinary team, and who wants to provide good care for patients. For this post previous experience of working within a health care setting is essential. Ideally we are looking for someone with experience in primary care. The advertised salary is negotiable depending on experience.
