An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Full Time Customer Care Administrator role within our fast growing digital agency, DR Ads. We are quickly becoming the trusted expert and “go to” digital ads agency for MSK practice managers throughout the UK and our mission is to become a long term growth partner and to support our clients to build and grow their clinic diaries through the effective use of digital advertising.
We are committed to growing our business in a way that makes us proud and building social value along the way. We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service, someone who is an excellent communicator both written and verbally.
The perfect candidate would be a self motivated individual, with a strong attention to detail as well as good time management and organisational skills. You will need to be comfortable working remotely, acting as a communication relay, liaising between the client and Digital Ads team ensuring that all parties receive the necessary information accurately.
Responsibilities for this position include:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Replying to enquiries
- Scheduling meetings
- Maintaining client data and producing reports as necessary.
- Handling all day to day client interactions (mainly via email) as well as supporting the projects and corresponding with the Digital Ads team to ensure that campaigns are successful.
- Managing a book of clients service as their primary point of contact via email and video calls.
- Maintaining and developing client relationships based on mutual trust and respect.
- Provide a high level of customer service and setting expectations with clients.
- Over time you will become responsible for managing the entire client lifecycle including launch calls and check ins.
- Providing information for relevant products to improve results for our clients
- Collecting client feedback and passing it on to the wider team to drive constant improvement.
