This is a temporary position working in the Womenswear department of Milton Keynes store.

Work Pattern:

We have 2 available work patterns with this vacancy which are below for your reference. Prefrences can be discussed at interview.

Work Pattern 1:

Week 1

Monday 10:00 - 17:00

Wednesday 10:00 - 17:00

Friday 12:30 - 20:30

Week 2

Monday 10:00 - 17:00

Tuesday 10:00 - 17:00

Saturday 12:30 - 20:00

Work Pattern 2

Week 1

Monday 13:30 - 20:00

Wednesday 13:30 - 20:00

Friday 10:00 - 17:30

Week 2

Monday 10:00 - 17:00

Tuesday 12:30 - 20:00

Saturday 10:00 - 17:00

Please ensure you are able to commit to the working hours before applying for this role.

You will be required to attend a mandatory two day induction if successful, induction dates will be discussed at interview. Inductions are held at 3 hub stores across the region therefore you may be expected to travel to a different store to complete this induction.

  • Serve our customers efficiently and brilliantly well – on the shop floor and at service points
  • Deliver ‘best in town’ standards through presentation standards, availability and keeping the store clean and tidy
  • Skilled to utilise all digital tools and communication channels to do the job
  • Share customer and colleague feedback to help us do things better
  • Share knowledge and experience with colleagues to support others in building skill and confidence
  • Own their own learning & development and proactively access digital learning solutions
  • Know the daily sales targets, priorities, promotions & selling opportunities
  • Have great product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and make recommendations
  • Understand the store priorities and their part to play
  • Complete tasks with pace and in line with SOPs
  • Minimise cost and waste through good process practice
  • Follow safe and legal working practices

  • Good level of digital capability and use of digital tools and applications
