Position Summary:

The VP of Customer Experience is responsible for facilitating ownership of partner experience throughout the company. This role works in concert with the leaders of the Partner and Vendor business groups to drive holistic, stakeholder centered changes. This role is expected to act as the voice of the customer experience through thought leadership, strategic consulting, and market perspective. The role will use expertise gained through data, partner interviews, and market analysis to provide counsel to business stakeholders on both strategy and risk.

Essential Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to):

1. Drives overall strategy and alignment of the Customer Business Group

2. Advocate for organisational initiatives based on the need of partners

3. Drive a partner experience centered culture within Pax8

4. Advocate and align for regional needs through the lens of Customer Experience

5. Collaborates with executive leadership in the development of Customer Experience OKR’s and long-term operational plans

6. Ensure that partner experience is used to validate and launch new company wide initiatives

7. Manage global Customer Experience reporting

8. Responsible for delivering recommendation reports for new initiatives through the lens of the Customer Experience




Requirements:

Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

  • At least five (5) years leading customer facing organisation
  • At least ten (10) years of people management experience preferred.
  • Ability to prioritise the needs of multiple stakeholders
  • Calm demeanour and demonstrated experience navigating the needs of disparate teams
  • A self-motivated, strategic creative worker with a drive for executional excellence
  • Flexible and comfortable working on multiple initiatives.
  • Ability to adjust to an evolving landscape with short notice is mandatory.
  • Ability to present complex material and command the attention of audiences
  • Creative thinker and problem solver—always looking beyond the available options when up against roadblocks
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external teams
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional organisation and demonstrate team leadership skills
  • Experience learning and navigating within a high-growth and fast paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Wrike, and ServiceNow
