Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to all customer queries via the telephone, email or web chat
  • Establish, develop and maintain effective working relationships around the business
  • Be able to make decisions whilst considering the customers circumstances
  • Maintain customer contact including follow-ups until everything is resolved
  • Working collaboratively with other teams to facilitate the customers’ needs
  • Maintain and update the database
  • Be enthusiastic when assisting customers and identify any improvements
  • Negotiate and implement customer payments terms
  • Work proactively to help reduce the level of customers debt and assist in the prevention of future debt accruing
  • Accurate and concise recording of all customer contact
