ABOUT THE ROLE

We are in search of a proactive Business Development Associate (Employer Partnerships Associate) that is passionate about supporting underrepresented individuals to transition into work, and able to inspire the same passion in employers.

You will be part of the Central Account Management team and tasked with sourcing and engaging national employers as partners for our programmes, and managing and growing those relationships. You will be responsible for researching our target companies in the UK and Ireland and identifying the key employers we should engage with. You will work closely with the Head of Partnerships to build a pipeline by identifying new leads. This role will involve extensive research and outreach, so it’s a great opportunity to build a wealth of knowledge on UK businesses. Generation believes in growth from within, so there are plenty of opportunities to develop and progress further in the role.

ABOUT GENERATION

Generation launched globally in 2015, and has grown quickly to become the world’s largest demand-led employment initiative. We have placed over 76,500 people into roles (many of whom have suffered some form of adversity), working with over 11,000 employer partners to date across 17 countries and 26 professions.

In the UK we run a range of tech bootcamps with partners including Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, Google and Accenture, as well as programmes supporting people into healthcare and the green sector. Find out more at www.generation.org
