Customer and Support Services Advisor
This post is within the Housing and Economy Department and is based in the Housing Service Centre. The Primary duties of the role is to provide a first point of contact service for approximately 11,200 council tenants when reporting housing repairs and for other housing related issues, by telephone and electronic methods of contact.
You will provide support to the Housing Responsive Repairs team, correctly diagnosing repairs and inputting the works orders into the housing management system for trades diaries and external contractors. The post holder will liaise with colleagues to ensure repairs are completed in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of the customer.
The post holder will be a self- starting, resilient team worker, with good interpersonal and communication skills along with good I.T. skills and the ability to multi task.
