Fantastic opportunity for a new graduate / recent college leaver working for a growing global brand. Fully remote (must be West Midlands based) paying up to £30,000 base salary. Full training is provided.

Broadening their scope, our client are seeking a team of IT Customer Support Agents in the Midlands which form a remote, but present where required, service desk.
You will have
3 weeks of training to be provided.

- Experience in high volume, varied 1st, possibly some 2nd Line, support
- Ability to build rapport while providing an end-to-end service
