We are a Citizens Advice service delivering free legal advice.
This role delivers the reception service for our busy Civil Legal service that provides a range of advice services to Litigants in Person. It involves co-ordinating online triage and appointment booking system for clients accessing services from across England & Wales.
You should have customer care skills and be confident with case management systems.
