We are looking for someone with a real passion for providing the highest level of customer service, to join our ever-growing, dynamic and experienced team of showroom assistants and receptionists.
This role is key to the success of deVOL as you will be the first point of contact for customers calling our Cotes Mill office.
In addition to corresponding with customers over the phone, you will be emailing customers, providing customer service for web sales and directing calls to the appropriate department in the business.
Your job at deVOL will also involve:
- Learning about all aspects of deVOL so you can confidently chat with customers.
- Fielding calls from customers enquiring about deVOL’s range of products and accessories.
- Answering telephone and email queries concerning customers existing or prospective orders.
- Providing friendly advice and support.

- A keen eye for detail and not be afraid to muck in with all types of work to ensure the smooth running of our office.
- GCSEs (grades 9-7 /A-C in Maths & English)
