Thrift Factory is a thriving thrift shop located in Birmingham that specializes in the sale of second-hand items. We are looking for an enthusiastic, bubbly, and friendly Retail Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for providing excellent customer service and have excellent communication and organizational skills.

Prior retail experience preferred
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Providing excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and providing product information
Helping customers around the shop
Operating the till and handling cash and card payments
Assisting with media campaigns, including creating and distributing promotional material
Occasionally making video content for the store
Keeping the store clean and tidy
Other ad hoc duties as required
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills and be able to work well as part of a team. They will be punctual, reliable, and well-spoken. Prior retail experience is preferred, but not essential.
