Position Overview
Assist our Senior Partner Manager in overseeing a portfolio of assigned customers (Scotland & Partners), develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities. Engage with organizations to get a better understanding of their mission, goals, challenges, and needs. Foster long-term relationships with clients and help grow our business.
In addition, the successful applicant will work alongside our Senior Partners Manager to support in maintaining and growing our partner business throughout the UK.
A Day in the Life
- Develop strong relationships in your assigned territory and operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts.
- Work alongside our Senior Partners Manager to support in maintaining and growing our partner business.
- Own and drive revenue in your assigned territory by closing renewal business with price lift and upsell products and services to existing clients.
- Learn and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of our services and technology platform and be able to articulate the advantages over competitors. Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Deliver high quality training sessions to stakeholders in both an in-person and online setting.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Develop pipeline by building interest with new prospects and clients resulting from your own outbound research and activities including email, phone and/or social media
- Set meetings for sales team for product demonstrations with interested prospects (from both inbound leads and your own self-sourced leads)
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual goals set by management.
- Prepare reports on account status.
- Collaborate with our Senior Partner Manager to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
We are looking for someone who brings...
- 2 years of experience in a relevant sales field (outside of retail)
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration (preferred)
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Experience presenting to medium/large groups.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail with excellent organization skills
- Competitive and committed attitude and drive
- Experience selling in the tech industry
- Great people skills; ability to quickly understand your audience and tailor the right message to them
