Raw Bake is a plant-based & free-from snacking Start-up.
The creators of criminally good snacks; snacks
that taste good and do good. We’re here to break the
rules of healthy eating; saying a big F you to diet culture and we’re hoping you can help us. We’re looking for an energetic & driven individual to support our founder on the operational side of the business.
Traction:
Listed in over 500 COOP stores, Ocado, Daylesford & launching into the UAE in Jan 23. Launching a new product range early 23. On two accelerators. Currently re-branding. Recent investment.
We need someone who possesses both excellent analytical skills as well as a strong competency in communication. We need someone who thrives working in a fast-paced environment while helping to implement processes to make our supply chain more efficient.

Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Growing the business in other countries, multiplying our sales 10 X within 5 years
- Keeping an eye on day-to-day finance and accounting; working with our existing accounts
- Dealing with the invoicing to customers and receiving payments
- Assisting on fundraising; working on backend due diligence work (financial model/term sheets etc)
- Working with Evie, founder, on business development and strategy
- Business metrics, creating a performance framework & pulling reports on KPI’s & OKR’s
- Looking after legal work; employment contracts, supplier contracts, manufacturing contacts etc.
- Day-to-day warehouse and office management
- Build processes to increase efficiency
- Receiving and dispatching pallet orders (working with our fulfillment team)
- Support sales and marketing team

Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £24,808.82-£35,000.00 per year
