Role Profile
The appointment will be on a full-time permanent basis, 8.30am to 5:30pm Monday to Thursday, and 8:30am to 2:00pm Friday. Alternative working hours may be required from time to time.
Working as part of the internal account management team, and wider areas of the business, you will develop an in depth understanding of and work closely with a range of key B2B accounts to ensure the business is able to meet their day-to-day supply and service needs.
You will act as the key point of contact and become a trusted business partner - our aim is to always provide an exceptional level of service to our customers.

Key aspects of the role:
- Being a key link between our sales, logistics and manufacturing teams to ensure manufacturing and transport has been scheduled ensuring the product is delivered on time and in full to customers
- Monitor and control stock levels in line with customer usage and requirements
- Review customer order patterns to ensure that orders are being processed in a timely manner
- Prepare customer reports as and when required
- Process customer orders using our planning system
- Liaising with customers and responding to their queries
- Processing of invoices
- Supporting the accounts team with debtor control
- Step in to support our production planning team from time to time. This may include ordering of raw materials and scheduling of production jobs
Full training will be provided
Key attributes:
- Excellent organisation, time management, communication and relationship building skills
- High level of IT skills in particular excel and/ or other analytical tools
- Ability to present information in a clear and concise manner
- A positive and problem-solving mindset
- Willing to learn and develop within the business
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (B2B preferable)

Salary: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
