Purpose of the role:
To develop and deliver the account Objectives and Budget within Tesco and One Stop Sweet Treats. Exclusive P&L responsibility for One Stop. Develop, agree and implement a strategic Joint Business Plan with One Stop which delivers on both external and internal objectives. Work with both Tesco and One Stop to efficiently manage the business and drive mutual growth.
What you'll be doing:
Own and lead One Stop Category Joint Business Plan delivering on internal and external objectives.
Manage, measure and improve Premier and customer profitability – in both One Stop & Tesco.
Maintain and update annual account plans to deliver corporate objectives.
Drive the accuracy and delivery of monthly sales forecasts - working with supply chain, finance and Tesco CBM
Negotiate and deliver promotional programmes, ensuring promotions are communicated, within guidelines, forecasted, delivered and then evaluated in a timely manner.
Work with Marketing and Category to close distribution gaps and deliver New Product Launch plans (distribution, display, turnover targets)
Work with Category and Marketing to drive Customer range review delivery, and post review evaluation and future recommendations
Establish and maintain appropriate pricing structure working within guidelines provided by CP&E, delivering cost increases as required.
Review end to end initiatives to improve Premier and customer profitability
Manage, monitor and drive ROI of trade and promotional spend
Manage internal systems to plan and measure financials – TPM, BOBJ
Ensure ‘good housekeeping’ via efficient ledger query management (price, invoice, claims)
Other projects as deemed appropriate to the role/team/individual
