Berkshire LEP has been successful in securing £1.5 million in funding from the Department for Education to offer a range of Skills Bootcamps in digital, life sciences, engineering and green skills. Part of the £2.5 billion National Skills Fund initiative, these courses will be free to participants and are open to adults aged 19 and over who are either in work, self-employed, recently unemployed or returning to work after a break. We now have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator/Project Quality Lead to join our organisation and work with the Project Manager to oversee collation of evidence by our project partners and manage delivery of progress reporting.
You will work closely with our project partners to ensure they are collating all of the evidence required by the Department for Education, produce reports and monitor the quality of data.
The role will suit someone with robust attention to detail and experience of working in a project environment. You will be a confident MS Excel user and have strong communication skills.
We offer a collaborative and friendly environment with lots of opportunities to get involved across the LEP. Plus, you will have the opportunity to work with a truly diverse range of local businesses and play a key role in supporting and growing Berkshire’s business community.
The role is a hybrid of working from home and in the LEP office in central Reading for collaborative working when required. This is a full-time role, but we will consider requests for flexible working.
Alongside a competitive salary our benefits package includes 27 days holiday plus bank holidays increasing with service.
